Abigail Rose Clancy was born in Liverpool on 10th January 1986.
A model Clancy rose to fame as a
contestant on in 2006 coinciding with the public announcement that
she was dating England football star Peter Crouch who was then
competing in the 2006 World Cup finals.
As it happens both Clancy's brothers are professional footballer
players. Kyle Clancy is currently playing for Blackpool, and her other
brother, Sean plays for Conference club, Burscough.
Abbie was a member of Genie Queen, a girl band who were managed by 80s popstar Andy McCluskey from Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark.
They toured with Blue and then the band broke up.
Abbie has modelled in several magazines
including Maxim and FHM coming 96th out of the 100 Sexiest Women in the World!
